Life Challenge Intervention Outreach (LCIO) connects with young people in order to provide them with resources, education, and support they need to develop into responsible adults. We offer life-skills development trainings that empower youth to function effectively at home, in school and in the community. Our programs are delivered through carefully designed evidence-based approaches with emphasis on comprehensive behaviour change and prevention regarding substance use, violence and sexual risk behaviours. We offer appropriate coping strategies, safe experience and opportunities that aim to interrupt negative behaviours, replacing them with more adaptive ones.
We envision a community where young people discover and develop skills to make healthy choices and live the best life possible.
